Tolbunt Polish eggs hatch!

I am a little behind on posting as the chicks are nearing three weeks of age. I had 5 out of 12 eggs hatch. The downside is the mini-farm we made an offer on fell through so i will more than likely be putting these guys up for auction here. Will know by this weekend. Ruth

I am getting so attached to these guys as we have had such a rough incubation period for them! A few days before they were to hatch we had a tornado destroy some trees and our porch which in turn tore down our electrical wiring to our house! We were without electricity and put my stash of Hot Wraps on them (can't remember the brand but you opened up the package and they heated up) . It saved 5 of the 9 chicks! Here are some pictures and i am not sure about the greyish bird although it does have the mahogany brown feathers around the head and some do appear on the body? Enjoy! Ruth

They are so lovely. There's someone on here who has been trying for so long to get Tolbunt Polish & never hatched anything & eventually hatched two roos. I think that she would appreciate them enormously if you decide not to keep them. I can't remember who she is though

Maybe a search under tolbunt polish might pop something up.

I just put them up for auction here on this site, i tried doing a search for those wanting Tolbunts but those topics were 2-3 years old. Hopefully this person will see the auction and get them. Ruth
