Tom or Hen?

How old do turkey's have to be before you start to know the gender? Because I have two bourbon red turkey chicks that 3 weeks old ans I just wanted to how long it will be before I will be see signs on weather they are a hen or tom. hoping they will be tom and hen

Ginger snap and nutmeg for hens and rusty for a tom but I don't have a second name for a tom

Well all of the hatcheries were sold out so I found local farmer that hand raised turkeys, pheasants, and chickens! :cd
