I have a Tom that is 4. Still getting good poults from him. How old is to old for a Tom for breeding.

It depends on the individual tom. If he is a gentle breeder and causing fertile eggs I would keep using him.

I believe that Kevin Porter of Porter's Rare Heritage Turkeys does not keep his toms past 4 years old.
