Tom Turkey Question

I have never raised Turkeys till this year, I have 1 RP Tom and 3 RP Hens & 1 Bronze Hen hatched in early May.
Question: Is it normal for the Tom to Gobble at any and every noise it hears even though it's only Fall ? I would understand it in the Spring. I have never heard a wild Tom Gobble in the woods in the fall thats why I'm asking, Thanks

My tom gobbles all the time. He will do it when someone comes over or if something isn't right. If there is a loud noise he will gobble or if he wants your attention. Yep, pretty common.... lol.

My BBW tom gobbles at everything. Whether it'll be a cellphone going off or if someone barks at him he'll gobble. As far as I know it's pretty normal.

They gobble at any noise it seems like!! But I enjoy going out and gobbling at my toms just to get them going

About a week ago Central Florida had a Tropical Storm that dumped 11 inchs of rain on us and at 1 oclock in the morning everytime it would thunder my Tom would Gobble, the thunder didn't wake me-his Gobble did. He really lets go when that stupid ice cream truck comes thru the neighborhood playing "It's a small small world " out of his loud speaker.

My toms are my backup singers. If I'm home alone and working outside I often sing. The toms come in on the chorus.

And for any other reason and for no reason at all too. A tom must gobble or burst!
