Tomato seedling trouble.... any thoughts?

Can anyone identify what is going on with my seedlings? They are turning brown. Are they too close to the grow light? Vitamin deficiency? Other? A68FE039-55B9-42B3-8E24-F3529A0D62A6.jpeg Thanks!
