I realized I have too many bird photo's in my gallery and no where to share them! Consider this my dumping ground for all my fowl pictures!

I live on a farm with dairy cattle, sheep, ducks, chickens, and geese! I love my flocking animals though, and this thread shall be dedicated to them (minus the Ovine Flock, sorry girls you already have a thread)

The chickens have been cooped due to bad weather (50mph winds), so they're beyond thrilled that they get to free range again!

My muscovys snuck into the coop to nest. I got 5 new hens this winter because my ratio was off and I didn't want my original group having issues. I lost 2 of the hens and the three that are left are Ginger (the one biting the air), Mocha (the nester), and Sugar (the one who is micromanaging Mocha's nest)

I'm getting a pair of pilgrim geese in April, and I'm beyond thrilled! I rescued a lone goose a few years back, planning on getting it a friend since they need companions but a dog attacked her and in the end we euthanized her. Ever since I've been desperately planning for geese again, I fell in love with them. I love my waterfowl but there's something special about geese I think. We have a wild Canadian Geese couple that nests at our pond and I love sitting and watching them rear their goslings every year. I also can't wait to share pictures of my little goslings!
