Tomatoe plants yellowing

Are they planted out or indoors? Either way, sounds like over watering to me.

Usually yellowing leaves is a sign of too much salt in the system ... which can result from underwatering or overwatering if the water has too many salts in it OR if you are near salt water the over spray can cause it. If the leaves are actually dying and not just yellowing but still living, then you probably have some kind of wilt or fungus going on. In that case just pull off the affected leaves so it doesn't spread as fast to other plants and leaves. Otherwise try using a balanced fertilizer to help the soil even out in salinity.
