Tomatoe salsa canning recipe?

Here is the one I used. It is from ball. I used white vinegar not the cider. http://www.freshpreserving.com/pages/all_recipes/215.php?recipe=131&recipID=216 This site has 12 different salsas.

Made 19 pints of salsa today. The salsa came out medium but my wife thinks it's hot. Next batch I'll cut the hot peppers in half and label it mild. Started at 10 am was canning until 530 pm. Need to get more green peppers. Still have about 1/2 of my tomatoes left in the garden after 14 quarts, 47 pints canned.
