this is my first time hatching and wanted to ask when most ppl get there first pip some ppl say day 19 but is this realistic i would like ur guys opinion

I place my eggs in the Incubator in the morning and Then on day 19 I place them in the hatcher in the morning as well. I usually will have 1-2 pipped or hatched before day 20. What breed are you incubating?

I have mostly silkies in there but have 4 ee and 2 goldlaced polish

I have silkies coming in a few days. I'll be starting up once you've got a passle of fuzz butts.

this is my first hatch so im really nervous and i always expect the worse but hopefully i do get lots of fuzzbutts

or i just put my 16 eggs in lockdown removed turner and set eggs on side i have a question i put towel down so it wouldnt get as messy when they start hatching for easy cleanup but the towels the eggs are sitting on are wet is this bad will the eggs die sitting on the wet towel

its all fixed up have a shelf liner in there now and the eggs arent touching the water anymore
