No, I'm pretty sure that having a headlight out is grounds for getting pulled over. Not necessarily fined, but pulled over and informed, at least. You need both headlights in working order to properly see both sides of the road at night, not to mention the fact that having only one headlight could lead someone to believe that there's a motorcycle taking up a lane instead of a whole car.There's a lady sheriff around here, though. She pulled my brother over once, for having a headlight out. She probably just wanted an excuse.![]()
