Toms and hens ? Ratio

How safe is it to leave one hen with three toms ? I have three bronze toms with one bronze hen .They are only about three to three and a half months old , but the toms seem to be feeling there hormones lately and are grabing the hen by the head and it looks like it might get nasty ? What is a good ratio ??

I'd ship out two of those toms. At least keep them in a separate area.

The fighting will get really nasty and the hen will be overbred. Two toms need to go and another hen added.
