I have 2 toms left, long story but I was told one was a hen and then the real hen died. They don't fight which is good but now I have the opportunity to buy a breeding trio. Would they need to always be separated? Could 3 Toms and two hens live in peace? I am guessing not but I thought I would re-confirm. Its a little to early for me to fix the problem by making thanksgiving dinner!

Also remember the dominant tom might be doing all the mating, but you can bet your bottom dollar the subordinate male or males will try to knock him off sooner or later and what can happen is the hen will get injured, you may want to consider putting a turkey saddle on her if she is the only one. i seen hens get torn bad on there sides from males battling while mating and stitching up turkey hens is no fun and its painful..
