I am so sorry and sad to read this, Please let your friend know my heart is with her.
there are few disasters harder to over come than a fire.
I went through one almost 3 years ago now and the thought of someone else having to go through the heartbreak just makes me cry.
My Prayers for Her and for you will be for strength and healing.

But reassure her it was not her fault she was doing what she thought best in a bad situation.
