Tonight's lockdown & we already have a pip!

We had 2 chicks hatch yesterday, others were pipped and/or rocking, but woke up this morning to 5 chicks in the bator! Oooh, I love chickies! Hehehe. And today's only day 20. The first one that pipped hasn't hatched yet, though, and I'm worried about having to help him out. Big hole in the egg, but he's not moving as much & I don't know what happened??? Always gotta be that one that drives us crazy each hatch!
