Tons of goose questions - telling age, feeding, set-up, feral cats etc

Oh you got some pretty goosies there. It's my own personal opinion that Pilgrims are the gentlest geese there are and I don't own any, I have Buffs so that's saying something.

These guys seem REALLY gentle and timid, but not overly scared, in fact the female was tasting my pants or at least I think that is what she was doing - she wasn't biting down so it hurt, but she just kept biting at them. I just wish I could get them a little friendlier, but I know it will take time. the female at the greens out of my hand, but wouldn't taste the cherries until I put them in her bowl, the male tasted two pieces of greens out of my hand, but then spit them out, but when I put some in the bowl he ate them right up. I'm definately going to take them some treats everyday to help make friends with them before I turn them out
