Figure age isn't so match the factor here as sizes and temperaments. Ducks are full-grown by 60-90 days at the outside. Is the drake aggressive toward the hens? Is he much larger than they are to the point that mating in water could mean the hens drown? Assuming those answers are "No" your hens should be fine.

the drake its very aggressive and they dont mate in water because the place i got the drake from doesnt had a place were to bathe so he doesn't goes to that place were the pool is(i think he is the only duck ho doesn't like water) the drake has 7 kg and the hens 2-3 kg

Him being both very aggressive and twice to three times their weight is concerning to me. A drake like that seems like a good candidate for re-homing or dinner, with the idea that you replace him with a smaller, less aggressive breed. However, if he's mated with them before and there wasn't a problem, maybe things will be okay.

I got him at 1 year old now he is 3 i have from him 60 chicks but i think this year after the hens will go broody i will make him dinner, he got too big for the hens

Maybe you could get a couple of Jumbo Pekin females for him to breed with to get really big eggs/meat birds?
