Too broody duck

My Indian runner is VERY broody. She has been sitting on her cooked eggs for 35 days. She's getting really skinny as she doesn't even come out of her nest eat.

I'm afraid that she might get sick. What would be her normal weight? And how do I get her to stop sitting on her nest? Would she just leave if her eggs don't hatch or do I have to buy a duckling for her?
Please help I'm soooo worried about her. Thank you.

I'd think breaking a broody duck is the same as a broody hen, so try barricading her away from the nest, maybe in a wire bottom cage for a few days?

Or get her a duckling.

Getting a duckling would work. Other than that, I would remove her eggs and lock her out of the nest site. Expect lots of complaining. I agree with you - it is time to break her.
