too cheap??

My daughter decided to thin her flock of frizzles, which are 15 weeks. We put them on craigslist for $5 each, I didnt figure much would happen. We are beating people off with sticks! Its unreal. Are we selling them too cheap? Whats a reasonable price for them?

We see them pretty regularly on CL for $15 each, if they are that close to laying. I've even seen some for $20 that were "proven layers" which I assume means they've been laying for a few years.

I think that's great! I'm guessing the over abundance of people is due to the chickens being Frizzles. That's a more unusual breed and harder to find, not to mention soooo cute. You could easily have asked more for them due to that factor.
