HELP Paralyzed rooster unable to lift head

I woke up and checked on him roughly 39 minutes ago and not only was he very much alive he actually showed interest in eating on his own!!!! Only problem was... He wasn't opening his beak... But his bad eye was half open this morning!!!

He also started flapping around a little in an attempt to get out of his thing, sadly his legs aren't working well enough yet
Swelling that pressures on nerves and vertebrae can take quite a few days to go down and allow for decompression of the impaired nerves. So patience is key when a bird was injured and appears to be paralyzed. Chickens are very resilient and often make a full recovery

It sounds like he is improving. Does it look like his beak could be injured or fractured? Does he open it and crow? If you can give a little extra vitamin E up to 400 IU, that might help his neurological problem, wry neck or torticolis. Poultry Cell does contain some, but not enough to treat wry neck.
