Too chicken to go outside?

Everything is new- first week in the coop and first time outside. Aren't they fun?

Very cute I can't wait for my girls to go out. In the picture there are some stumps are they used for anything.

That's exacly what my girls did the last 2 days. They all stand at the pop door but can't commit. Finally I put a bunch of worms on the ramp yesterday and that finally got them motivated.
