Too cold to move chicks out?

My chicks are 5 and 6 weeks old now. I want to move them outside. The lowest temp i see in the extend forecast is 30 this week. I took them off the heat light a week or so ago. The temp in the basement where they are stays around 60. Will they be ok in the coop outside now? I don't have older chickens anymore so they will be by themselves. Is this ok? Also, we have ducklings that are 2 weeks old now. When can they go outside preeminently? I take them all outside right now during the day. The next couple of days are 70's. Should i take the chicks out and wait a few weeks for the ducklings?

I took my chicks out to the coop about a week ago at 5 weeks old. I put a heat lamp in the coop that comes on with a timer. Comes on at sundown and goes off at sunup. They are perfectly happy with that and they love outside. At night they all go in under the heat lamp. As soon as it goes off in the morning they come out. On cooler days like when its in the 40s they'll stay in the coop cuddled together without the lamp and they're doing just fine. I was told that they would do fine without the heat lamp but I wanted to give it a couple more weeks and let it warm up more before I do away with it all ttogether. Hope this helps.
