Too cold?

This advise isn’t using newer recommendations for chicken keeping.
This advice might be 'newer' but it is not necessarily the absolute truth....and appears to be aimed at the commercial poultry industry.

They have found that exposure to 60F during egg cycle causes egg yolks to have a toxin.
I saw nothing about about this^^

Is this the study you were trying to cite @Dianemarie ?

that is not a study.
I didn’t claim that was a study. I called that ADVICE , that is an article.

So you know all studies are aimed at at commercial poultry, they wouldn’t spend they money to study our pets 😂 When it comes to a biological response like hot or cold it can be replicated in any environment.

It is a PUBLISHED study in Science Direct or PUBMED (NIH)
I don’t really remember much it was over a year ago. I just remember a conclusion was that, acclimating the hens to the cold couldn’t be proven to change the responses to the symptoms of cold stress.
I wish I could find it.
