Too Early for Feb Hatch-A-Long Thread??

I'm Andrea, though I don't "think" I have met anyone from BYC in person I'm definitely questioning that now because I have a ton of poultry connections and friends locally and on facebook! I mean, I have a hard enough time remembering people's login names here and I admitted to not realizing I've had great conversations in the past with the same people simply because they changed their avatar. I'm terminal. lol

Ok. This is the crazy thing. I totally forgot Katherine was @Mylied bc she’s become Katherine to me.
On that note, it sounds like Andrea needs a BYC GA shirt!!

Awesome! The last batch was about $45 for 12 chicks. That ended, I think, last Friday. Obviously shipping is more than eggs but you know what you're getting.

And for what it’s worth they sent me 16 so I was $80 in on 14 after I lost 2.

I am happy to get a photo for you… But I’ll have to go track her down in the yard. The chicks were not really easy to differentiate from at birth. She lays a really nice egg and is very vocal about it when she does so! Her name is Beyoncé

Down to 7 eggs in there already. One had stuck to the egg holding tray and the shell came away when i got it free. Could see a big air bubble floating around inside too. These are the eggs that were shipped upside down, they have been sat upright a few days. I'll put another egg in shortly. Hope some of these eggs are ok still!

Hasn't been one in a while. Some of the people who hosted them left byc. I had a small get together once at my place.

Maybe once I finally get my garden project completed I could get some people together here. I have a vinyl cutter, I could totally make some t-shirts happen. I just made a bunch for our local garden swap.
