Too Early?

I got ducks about a week ago.. They're only maybe a week or 2 old?

Is it too early to let them out from unddr the heat lamp to explore the outside? (Not for very long)
It is still pretty cold and snowy where im at..

In my opinion, right now would be too early. I would wait until they’re a little older, especially since it’s cold and snowy.

I was thinking the same. But didn't know for sure.

I didn’t let mine out until it was warm or they were feathered, whatever came first. Overly cautious I guess lol

Hello, yes, you can take them out for short trips to run around..Just use your better judgement as to weather they are cold or not. They are a lot tougher than people think..
