I have seriously considered going and getting my pistol permit again,mine expired years ago.I really don't like guns in the house with grandchildren though.Its so scary now a days.
 
I don't even like my blinds open at night! It just scares me that someone could look inside I want a upstairs room so no one can do that.
 
Unrelated incident. My friend Skip had an escaped convict knock on his door in the middle of the night. This guy asked Skip if he could use his car. Skip said the word Presto,which was his newly adopted dogs name.That dog came out bearing teeth & growling,and the convict took off. That dog probably saved his & his family's lives.......... GET A DOG!
 
Did this guy huff peach fumigates or what? So he was heading this way?!? I don't get it. What do you gain from snuffing out the lives of the innocent? I hope it was the suspect. Won't bring back the lives to the families but it may help our SC neighbors sleep better tonight. So sorry for the losses.

As far as TV, I usually have it on the Food Network, if it's on at all. DH loves his evening news and he memorizes the paper every day- I can't escape.

I'd love to get rid of cable, but he'd be sad without Nascar and NFL.
 
I don't have cable myself so I have to watch for crazies and policy changes on the net. All that bloodshed and he may have got a couple hundred from his robberies. It's Gaffney, not Vegas. Sad, so sad.
