I just had to share this story as it had me laughing so hard (I'm weird, I know).
I was outside with my chickens (where else would I be?) and one of the pullets flew up from behind me and sat on my shoulder, big shock because they don't normally like contact. She kept looking right at my face and I started to get a little bit nervous because she was just SO intent on looking at me. I said 'Hi sweetie, what are you doing? and as I opened my mouth to say the words, she pecked my tooth! Not hard, but just a little bit. Then after a minute or so she flew down and went about her business.
Anyway, a bit later I went in the house and was telling my SO about it and I was told "Well, I didn't want to say anything, but you had a bit of spinach in your teeth from the salad we had at lunch". I asked if it was gone and was told yes. What??? I have a pullet who aspires to be a dental hygienist? Lol!!!!! Too funny.
