10:20 - another healthy baby chick! this time we hatched it in my hands and got incredible photos and videos.

2:00AM - omg I have a little baby naked neck! LOLOLOL! I was NOT expecting that!

the naked neck had a weird double membrane, it seemed. the remaining egg seems like it's the same way. I won't worry until morning
