Treat her for cocci. A change in environment could have triggered an overload. A course of Sulmet or Corid should put her to rights.

x3. Get Corid, it treats more strains of cocci and is much gentler on the bird. Treat her today, use an eyedropper if you have to, continue for 5 to 7 days, you just may save her if that's what it is. If that's not what it is you can move on from there but if it IS coccidia and you wait and see, she will be dead quickly, no two ways about it.

You need to ensure that she gets fluids and feed. Force feed her with a syringe- at tip of beak don't want to get food in her lungs. I personally try homeopathic a which include a cure all tincture and immunity support before heading to a vet for a script for sulfa antibiotic. Give her love and food if she is perking up she should pull through stronger for it. PS try an immunity support in their water due to stress of moving.

Hi all,

Thanks for the tips, but she died this morning. We did try the syringe filled with water but she wouldn't swallow it. I will make sure the others get some supplements to help boost their immunity.
