too late to add another?

i have 8 chicks that are just about 12 weeks old and i was wondering if it's too late to add another 3 month old chick to the mix? thanks!

No, it isn't too late.
Just ease the other bird in with the others, if they don't seem to socialize well when you bring it in for the first time.
There are a number of ways to do so, but see how they react before you go to further measures.
