Too late to move eggs to incubator?

I can hear peeping from within the eggs. One of the chicks hatched but was crushed by the hen. Is it too late to move the other eggs to the incubator to hatch safely? It is a Little Giant Still Air styrofoam incubator but it seems like it is made to hold the eggs so I'm wondering where the chicks go after they hatch. Also I know it needs humidity, is there a good way to add humidity to the incubator?

Hi there
If you turn the incubator on and get to right temperature and humidity
It would be fine to move them into the Incy but it would have to be done fast.
But then you have the problem of the hen having no chicks but still being broody
