Some people are not able to volunteer at various places for one reason or another. You might think about taking eggs to one of these places and sell them for say $1 a doz or give them to the volunteers. I once volunteered at a pregancy resource center and that is what one lady did. She sold eggs to use for $1 or sometimes gave them and we were greatful. She was not able to volunteer herself and that was her way of contributing.
Some of the places in my semi rural area are: the pregnancy resource center, Casa for Children, and battered women's shelter (you'd probably have to go through the Sheriff's office on that one).
Wish I had your problem. That is what I plan on doing if and when I get to many eggs.
