I don't go to church. I could probably give them away at a church but I just made homemade egg noodles and chicken for dinner.

recipe, please. my mother used to make similar noodles but with less eggs. I often have too many eggs.

You are absolutely right..sponge cake is the cake!
I baked so many sponge cake and stopped now because I think about too many eggs might not be good for my tenderly self

Thanks OP for the great post! So many ideas, I’ve gotta try that boiled egg chocolate pudding!

I freeze dry my excess eggs and store them in mylar bags in scrambled uncooked form. Will last for 25 years so when I’m too old to manage chickens we will still have those eggs. It’s also good to take along when camping or if your chickens aren’t laying in the winter. A freeze dryer is definitely an investment but worth it to me. Great for preserving garden harvest or making meals like chili, spaghetti, etc.
