Too many mosquitoes

Set up a fan in your coop at night. This will keep the flying vampires away.
Encourage birds like swallows, martins and bluebirds. They eat insects including mosquito.
How about a couple bat houses?
Dont sweep down spider webs. They eat every mosquito that gets caught in their web.
Dump standing water, including your bird bath daily, and trays under your potted plants.
The plants mentioned above will help.
Good luck!

The zapper should work fine, but you need bait like Octenol to attract mosqitos. I setup the Flowtron BK-40D and turned to the fly zapper yesterday. The bait is the key to attract whatever you want to get rid of.

The Dynatrap is excellent! It's kinda on the pricey side but it's worth it. It is not a zapper. It has a light tube that emits carbon dioxide and lures the bugs, and then when they get too close a small fan sucks them into a trap below. I have the acre size from QVC and it gets rid of mosquitos, biting gnats, ect.
