If I put the boys in a separate pen where they can't see the girls will some of the aggressiveness among the boys back off. They all grew up together and are about 12 weeks old. Brahms lights

Thank you very much. Guess I better start making a separate play yard for the boys!

I suppose it's better if they can't hear them too.
THANKYOU again

Yep, roosters seem to do well in a bachelor pad. No ladies=not much reason to fight.

But I have to say 12 weeks is quite young for cockerels to be showing that much aggression, especially with a docile, slow maturing breed like brahmas. If you're having aggression issues I'd be more likely to think you're possibly overcrowded.

There are 15 girls and 8 boys. There is 1 roo that has begun to
Be a little pushy. The enclosed pen is about 140 sq feet and they free range about 4 hours a day. I thot possibly they were just establishing a hierarchy. My fantasy said they would all get along. Ha. Its no problem to separate them. I just didn't want to wait till one got hurt. Thanks for your input.
