too much candling?

I only candle eggs I have in an incubator on the 23 or 24 day. By this time most of the eggs have hatched. At this time I am looking for a late chick. Only once in awhile will a I find one, most of those left are infertile.

Well I turn my eggs 3 times daily..once when I get up(just stick my hand in the bator and gently turn each egg with lid still on not to let temp drop too much). Then I turn them again mid afternoon and again late at night(like to make the time between turns as even as possible) and when I turn them at night , I candle them. Not all of them though, just a couple or few, while leaving the lid on the bator. Then I put them back gently and say good night. Although, the babies in my green eggs look to be filling up the egg, and my 2 white(leghorn) babies are about half, maybe a little more filling up their egg. Is this ok, are they growing like they should? I am on day 16.
