Too much noise?

My brooder is in my workshop where I’m cutting wood and making noise, my chicks form a pile in the corner of the brooder every time I turn on a piece of machinery. Is it ok to subject them to so much noise?

I personally wouldn't. Continual stress can weaken their immune system.
