It's hard to see what the wound looks like due to the bloody feathers. How big/deep is the wound?

Looks like someone got a little pecky. Unfortunately with the white feathers the others are gonna keep going after her. You may need to washer her up and keep her separated for a couple days so she can heal up. A dog kennel in the coop works well.
