Too or hen

Hi everyone. So this is a 6 week old chicken. Is it a roo or a hen. I think it’s a cuckoo bluebar it’s comb is white/ pink and it has small waddles that are still pink. Idk I can’t have a roo where I’m at, so I’m trying to figure it out.
