Too small, too tight!!!

I would remove the perpendicular roost, make a longer one that goes from side to side and mount it about 12 inches higher than the other ones. The more dominant ones will go to the higher roost.

That said, I have 53 chickens in a barn stall with plenty of roost space and I have about 10 pullets that refuse to roost, choosing to pile in a corner or on nesting boxes. I will be changing the configuration soon. I don't like them on the nesting boxes.

15 chickens (with 2 pr here as my neighbors build coops so there should be 11) and
11 ducks (with 2 pr waiting on one of those same ppl to build his duck enclosure- should be 7),
3 rabbits (all females all staying), and
10 doves (not allowed to keep their own eggs, all staying).

About 1/2 of those are banty or 1/2 banty being 4 pounds or under adult weight.

the coop is 3*5*3 with 8 nest boxes
the enclosed run is 12*20*8 with 12*12*8 covered on three sides and the 'wind wall' down one 20 foot side.
The rabbits have an additional area that they can get to under the coop itself via a tunnel from the floor in the covered area. (3*5*2)
The doves have shelves up high and a rope and a separate pvc perch system under the cover.

Like I've posted in bad weather (for FL) rain and wind or cool rain and wind they go inside (I have no idea how) in nice weather they use the extra outside perches 6*6*2 square with cross pieces.

No new additions till these other people get the birds they paid to have hatched...
