Too with swollen face eyes swollen shut

I came home to one of my roos with facial swelling eyes swollen shut and occasional sound like conjested. What might be wrong?

. He is also tilting his head up and opening his beak. Gurgle/gargle? Struggling a bit in breathing.

Edit: I don't see any scabs, though, which fowl pox usually has.

He can't see. How do I isolate him? If I move him how will he react since the environment will be different? How will this affect the others? What about me? I need to feed and water the chicks in the brooder. How do I keep it separate?
