Top beak split all the way to the nostril

I worked 43 hours in the last three days and when I finally was able to tuck my chickens in tonight I noticed this young one with her beak split all the way to the nostril. I don’t know when it happened in the last three days(teens were in charge of watching them) and it was already dark when I finally got home and everyone was roosting so I don’t know if she can eat or drink. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
