I have two roosters, one younger and one older.
I had a pitbull attack my flock, the dog killed 30 of my hens now I have 6 left in my flock.

After that day, I seen that my younger rooster who hasn't had fully grown his spears yet is now dominant than the older one. The older one is bigger and has a full grown set of spears, I dont know how. Should I keep the younger one or the older one?

Keep whichever one is the most well behaved with both people and the hens. What are their ages? The young one may be a gamble. With spring heating up and his age he'll be coming into a whole lot of hormones and his personality could change. He'll also be more likely to over breed the hens, but none of this is a guarantee. Each animal is very much an individual.

The older one is 4 years old and the younger one is 1 year. The younger one is well behaved he can be a family pet. The older one is more relaxed and doesn't attack people.

Are you more emotionally attached to one? Do they both call the hens to treats when they find them? Alert them to danger? It sounds like they are both pretty good. I personally would probably be more inclined to keep the older one. At that age he is what he is. There is still the chance for the younger one to go south. It sounds to me like with this now smaller flock he is feeling more confident. How far he'll run with it nobody knows. It is worth considering too that the younger guy will likely be around a bit longer than the 4 year old and (if you hatch) will add some different blood into your flock.

I’d keep youngest,Sounds like he’s fairly pretty friendly and good at his job, don’t quote me on this, but by now I wouldn’t worry about him changing. It sounds like his hormones have sparked however and that’s why he ended up gaining more power.

x2...it seems like roosters don't show their "true colors" (read as: lose their minds due to hormones) until they're around a year old. I've had several that were as nice as can be and then they reach the one year mark and they turn into jerks. :hmm At least the older roo is a known quantity.
