Agreed....it will be relatively quick and easy to remove the damaged portion and healing of these tissues is amazingly quick.Cut it off, stop any bleeding, isolate him until it heals completely. It won't take long, chickens tend to heal very quickly.

She's really great. Not a poultry expert but willing. Been a client since I was a child with my first pony. Not sure where the age gap went, we seem the same age now.Too cool to have a vet like that!
