Torn wing feathers!

Hello everyone!
This is a Dominique hen, whose wing feathers are bitten or torn. A few others have the same problem. We are very gentle and kind to them, and only handle them when actually necessary. Could it be overcrowding? if you need better or more pictures let us know.

Do you have a rooster in with your hens?

we have no roosters , Maybe only a chick one witch is not with it

Looks like the tips of the wings are being nipped off.
Probably from another hen.
Provide plenty of space for your flock, nutritionally balanced feed and fresh water.
