Total newbie! Help! What are these?

So we added these two cuties and we aren't sure what they are or what gender. Hoping they are both female but it will be a 50/50 chance since we bought them from someone's flock. The lady we got them from was hard to communicate with so that's why we are so unsure! Thanks in advance.

Hmm I am guessing somewhere in the 6-10 week range. But that's coming from someone with very minimal experience!
