Total newbie question, how to handle?

I am probably picking up four 6 week old chicks today, and was just thinking... I really have no idea how you are supposed to handle/pick up chicks/chickens. So any and all advice would be much appreciated.

When I hold a chick I pick it up with 2 hands. A hand at the breast, one on the back area to support it. You can pick it up one handed but this is how I do it. I hold it against my arms/chest so it feels secure.
