Totally frustrating chick issue.

Can someone tell me why I have been having this issue with my chicks? I have hatched 3 different sets of eggs over a period of 6 months. And in those last two there has been at least 2 chicks out of that group that has had this same issue. Now I have 1 little blue silkie that hatched almost 2 weeks ago. And now I've noticed that it's now going through the same thing. What I am getting too is that after a couple of weeks I noticed that my chick/chicks seem to loose their ability to walk. Like as if one of their legs won't function. Now someone mentioned perhaps it's because of pasty butt. But I have checked and cleaned this lil chick every time I see anything on its lil butt. So now I'm just baffled. And yes when I purchased these chicks some had been vaccinated for Mareks. So what else could be going on? Any guesses?

Possible vitamin defiency? Riboflavin defiency can cause those symptoms also. It could be a possibility that a defiency is causing the symptoms. Hope this helps. Best of luck.
