Yes. The withdrawal time is 14 days from the last dose.

Today is the day we are planning to re-worm with Zimectrin (day 10) I am a little worried about withholding food all day because it is currently 6 degrees and supposed to only warm up to about 25. I just don't want to stress them in these crazy cold temperatures. What are your thoughts?

I agree with your concerns. Go ahead and worm them prior to feeding them. Then let them eat as they normally would.
