Toulouse Geese, Good eats?

Are they good eats or should we look for another variety? I kinda just want toulouse any way, the are such cool birds, but if they are tasy then that just makes the deal even better!

as far as eats,,, never had goose for food... Ive thought about it... but I guess a barnyard goose is the same taste no matter what type of barnyard goose it is.. I have 3 different types of turkeys and they all taste the same to me, with the exception that my farm raised turkeys taste so much better than those from the store...

I personally favor Toulouse... I LOVE THEM
