Toxic Plants Common Names

I keep getting sidetracked looking for the toxic plants list...was trying to remember if it had common names on it.

but i think i remember seeing azaleas (just the flowers or leaves or both?) being on the list, and rhodedendron?

any info or suggestions greatly appreciated!

I have some kinda japanese shrub, a lilac bush, some varieties of evergreen bushes, aborvitaes, iris and a crapload of rose of sharon bushes oh and those yellow bushes...ummm forsythia.
